Fish Group

Pearl Bay was undertaken by the Fish Group in mid 2002 and comprised a total of 60 master planned homes within a security gated precinct of Oyster Cove at Hope Island.

Of the 60 properties there were 31 dry blocks and 29 waterfront blocks which had frontage to a 200 metre wide deepwater lake which had ocean access for boating through a lock and weir system to Saltwater Creek. Allotments ranged from 450m through to 700m2 and were improved with a choice of six home designs. Waterfront houses included 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, double lock up garage and pools.
