With more than 40-years experience in the property industry, John Fish has successfully brought his dreams alive to create some of Australia’s most spectacular projects.

 

John began his career as a real estate sales person and quickly found a passion for property development. 
 

Selections of John's innovative developments include the $650 million, 1,150 lot master-planned “Martha Cove” community in Victoria;  the $2.5 billion "Marina Quays" development at Hope Island, the “Palladian” at Hope Island Resort on Queensland’s Gold Coast; and “Pearl Bay” at Oyster Cove also on the Gold Coast.

The Fish Group has recently completed several rural subdivision developments in Queensland and NSW, with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. Our developments are designed to harmonise with the region’s natural landscape, incorporating measures to preserve and protect the biodiversity and beauty of the land on which we are blessed to work on.

John has also turned his passion for exquisite landscapes into a thriving business in Northern NSW. What began as a small personal project quickly grew into a full-fledged Canary Island Date Palm farm, where he has nurtured 2500 palms to maturity over the last 20 years. His keen interest in these tropical beauties, combined with a developer’s meticulous attention to detail, has helped him refine his growing techniques and expand his operations. Today, Canary Island Palm Sales supplies over 300 palms per year to customers across Australia, bringing a touch of lush greenery to projects nationwide.
