The Palladian was a collection of 103 condominiums and houses built on a 4.6ha site fronting the 15th and 16th fairways of Hope Island Resort's Links golf course.
The condominiums were 165 Sq. m and offered 2 beds plus a study, while the houses averaged 270 Sq. m and featured 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Central to the development is a stunning 25 metre pool, gazebo and barbecue entertaining area.
