Fish Group

North Keys comprised a 28 home waterfront development along the north-facing waterfront side of Lee Anne Crescent, in Monterey Keys.

The Fish Group purchased the 2.1 hectare site from the original developer of Monterey Keys and subdivided it into its final layout. The houses were all set on approximately 700m2 allotments each with a private pontoon.

There were only 4 principal house designs all with variations to their facades. Each home had either 3 or 4 bedrooms, double lock up garage, security system, intercom, vacumaid, stainless steel appliances and the option of a swimming pool.
