The Marina Houses are 24 two storey free standing homes built within Hope Island Resort in 1999. This area has become the centre piece of the Hope Island Resort's $67 million Marina precinct. 


Positioned on a 3.6ha site purchased from the then developer, Shinko Australia. These waterfront homes are double zero lotted, with an average size of 370 Sq. m and sit in a horse shoe enclave facing the Resort's 300 berth Marina.
