Fish Group

Azura Bend at Sanctuary Cove is a prestige housing development of 15 riverfront homes which were built and sold by the Fish Group in late 2003. John Fish purchased the sites from Mulpha Australia, the developer of Sanctuary Cove and subdivided and amalgamated the lots in order to maximise the site potential.

The homes sit on lots that average 750m2 and are northeast facing overlooking the Coomera River, with street-side landscaped parklands opposite including a putting green.

Each of the homes were a true reflection of the of the area in terms of their exclusivity and comprised four bedrooms, three bathrooms and entertaining areas that take full advantage of the riverfront views and 10m by 3m lap pools.
